The total balance at the end of the previous month is the running balance from the final day of every month to the morning of first day of the following month. This service is not subject to the accounts which does not meet the required conditions. Frequency of transfer usage per month will reset to 0 on the 1st of every month at about 8 a.m. Please note that fees will once be charged and is reimbursed later. 300 yen will be charged for the exceeding transfers. Transfer to other Shinsei Bank's account is free.

(*7) If you wish to change to a Color cash card, reissue fee will be charged. If Shinsei Bank acknowledges that cash card is stolen or lost, we may exempt from reissue fees. Please contact Shinsei PowerCall for further details on Color cash card.
